RI-TELL: Rhode Island Teachers of English Language Learners is an allied professional association of MATSOL for ESOL and Bilingual Education professionals in Rhode Island. The purpose of RI-TELL is to determine advocacy and professional development needs of ESOL and Bilingual Education professionals in Adult ESOL, Higher Ed, Workplace Ed, Elementary, Secondary and Low-Incidence programs serving English Language Learners in Rhode Island. 

 

The governing structure of this group is a coordinating council of volunteers from around the state who share the job of organizing regular mini conferences and informing members of upcoming events.  RI-TELL memberships and web pages are currently administered by MATSOL.
