Professional Development and Consulting Services MATSOL is a registered professional development provider with the Massachusetts DESE and an approved vendor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our professional development team provides courses, workshops and trainings and consultation that focus specifically on the needs of English language learners and the particular roles of different educators supporting ELLs in different instructional or administrative contexts. MATSOL also provides consultation in planning for and building more effective programs for ELLs. We have 15 years experience in planning large-scale professional development projects, customized job-embedded formats of professional development, research and writing projects, ESL and Adult ESOL licensure and test preparation courses, as well as SEI course development.
