2021 Call for ApplicationsMATSOL Board of DirectorsDeadline extended to April 25, 2021 Show your commitment to MATSOL’s mission and help shape the organization’s future by submitting an application to join the MATSOL Board of Directors! MATSOL seeks competent, energetic, committed members of MATSOL with a passion for our mission to take a leadership role, work on behalf of the organization, and represent MATSOL members and stakeholders. In alignment with our mission to promote equity and excellence for English learners, MATSOL encourages members who have a strong commitment to racial justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion to apply. The board seeks to include, as much as possible, members from different racial, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds, and representing different educational sectors serving English learners (including but not limited to PK12, higher education, adult education) and job types. Click here to submit your application documents online (login required) The MATSOL Governance & Nominations Committee is charged with developing a slate of qualified candidates to fill open positions on the MATSOL Board of Directors. The Committee will contact candidates for a brief interview, to explain more about being a Board member, and to answer any questions about the position.
