Payment & ConfirmationThank you for submitting a group registration form. As the contact person, you will be receiving all information and notifications related to this registration. Next StepsThe registration is NOT confirmed until it is reviewed by MATSOL and paid in full. 1. MATSOL will email an estimate or invoice:
NOTE: This invoice also serves as the group confirmation, be sure to check if there are any errors. 2. Make a payment within 15 days of receiving the estimate or invoice. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.
3. MATSOL will confirm registration after payment is received in full.
NOTE: If anyone in the group registration does not receive a confirmation email, write to [email protected] Include the person's name and email address. Cancellation & Payment PoliciesA registration may be cancelled for a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee by April 12, 2023. Requests for refunds must be made in writing. There are no refunds for late cancellations made after April 12 or for no-shows to the conference. However, in-person registrants will still be able to attend the virtual conference and access the conference archive. Please see the MATSOL payment policies.
