Group Registration

I plan to send a large group from my school / district with a purchase order but don’t have all the names yet. How should I handle this?

You can send in up to two registration forms with the same purchase order. Complete one registration form with the names you have confirmed, along with the PO, and those registrations will be entered. When you have the remaining names, send in a final registration form, and those participants will be registered if space permits. MATSOL will only invoice for registrations that are fully processed and confirmed to attend. 

What if I don’t want to request multiple purchase orders from my school?

No need to! If you know the total price, you can send MATSOL a large purchase order and we will invoice against that as the registrations arrive. Remember, a purchase order sets a maximum amount your district can spend and we can invoice for a lesser value.

Can I upload my group registration form without a purchase order?

If you have not yet received a purchase order, or would like an estimate to request a purchase order, you can upload the registration form without a PO. However, keep in mind that the registration will NOT be entered or confirmed until both the purchase order and registration form are received by the MATSOL office.

I uploaded a group registration; when should I expect to hear from you?

Typically, a group registration will take 7-10 business days to process.

  • If you were requesting a cost estimate, that will be emailed to you within 5 business days of your upload.

  • If you submitted a purchase order along with your registration form, then you will receive an invoice from us indicating that the group is ready for processing. After that, each individual will receive an email confirmation once the registration is processed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL TAKE 2-4 WEEKS FROM THE DATE ON THE INVOICE. 

If more than 4 weeks have passed from the date of the invoice and you have not received a confirmation from MATSOL, please email [email protected] (keep in mind, processing time may take longer around the early-registration deadline).

Why can’t I just email or fax my registration form to you?

There have been issues in past years with registration forms getting lost, not sent, or received blank! With the registration upload process, we are able to clearly see who is sending us a registration so we can contact you if there is any information missing so that you don’t miss out on the conference.

I am having trouble uploading my registration form! What do I do?

Contact our Registration Coordinator at [email protected] for help. You will not miss out due to technical difficulties!

Conference Program

I’m excited to see that the conference has expanded to four days, but I can’t attend for the full conference! Which days should I attend?

No problem! We offer three Pre-Conference Institutes on Tuesday and you can learn more about those here.

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday will offer a variety of presentations that will appeal to a variety of audiences. There is no specific focus on any one day, so please attend when you are able to!

Where can I find a schedule showing the concurrent sessions offered each day?

A detailed conference program will be available closer to the conference date, after the schedule is finalized.


Will I still be able to apply for PDPs if I don’t attend the full conference?

Yes! The requirement for PDPs is still the same; attend two days of the conference and complete the project.
