Presenter Registration

For accepted presenters at the 2026 MATSOL Conference.

All presenters must register and pay for the conference. Consult the conference registration page. MATSOL will not reimburse presenters for expenses associated with the conference, including travel, hotel, cost of producing handouts, or any other expenses.

Important Dates

Notification of Acceptance: December 19, 2025
Presenter Early Registration: Until January 19, 2026: Register to confirm your presentation on the schedule and pay only $250 on the day you present. Look for a link to early registration in your email.
Presenter Registration Deadline February: 13, 2026: Register to confirm your presentation. Failure to register will result in cancellation of your presentation. See the conference registration page.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Occasionally, colleagues who have agreed to present do not show up for their presentations. These no-shows leave gaps in the conference schedule that disappoint attendees and detract from the quality of the conference. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from fulfilling your commitment, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 617-820-5099. If you fail to contact MATSOL and do not show up for your presentation, you cannot submit a proposal for the next MATSOL conference.

Travel & Housing

View our 2026 Conference Hotel & Travel (coming soon!) information to make a hotel reservation or get directions to the Framingham Hotel and Conference Center. Please note that MATSOL cannot provide funding to cover travel costs for presenters.

All presenters are expected to adhere to the 2025 Conference Code of Conduct. Please note the Additional Expectations for Presenters.
