Access to all sessions on all days!

• Registration is all-access -- Includes all live sessions during the four-day conference and recorded sessions after the conference 
• There is no pre-registration for individual conference sessions. Attendees will chose which sessions to attend at the conference.
• Renew your MATSOL membership with registration for a discounted price!

Tuesday - Friday, June 1 - 4, 2021

Member Discount 

Join MATSOL and become part of an active community of teachers, teacher leaders, and school administrators from PK-16 institutions committed to providing equitable learning experiences for students learning English.

• Member discount during conference registration applies to memberships that are current on the date MATSOL receives the paid registration. 
• New/Renewing registration rate includes MATSOL professional membership dues ($40). Renewed memberships are valid one year from the current membership expiration date. 
• To check membership status, log on to the MATSOL website or send an email to [email protected].

Presenters

Presenters receive a $10 discount on registration. For online registration, see your proposal notification email for the discount code to enter at checkout. For group or PO registrations, indicate that you are a presenter on the registration form.

Registration: Registration is closed

Registrations must be received by 8:00 am on June 1st to access the first session of the conference. Registrations received after 8:00 am each day will be processed as soon as we are able. 

• Join/renew MATSOL membership and register for the conference in one form.
• Registrants must log on to their own personal MATSOL account. Do not use your login to register someone else.
• TESOL affiliates: Enter your affiliation on the registration form. 

Confirmation

Look for an email from Whova, our virtual conference platform, with instructions to log into the conference website. 

If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam filter, or contact MATSOL to resend the confirmation.

Pricing

• MATSOL does not offer a group registration rate - all rates are per person,
• Conference registrations are non-transferable. Each attendee must register individually.

Cancellation & Payment Policies

A registration may be cancelled for a full refunds minus a $25.00 processing fee by May 18, 2021. Requests for refunds must be made in writing. There are no refunds for late cancellations made after May 18, 2021 or for no-shows to the conference. Please see the MATSOL payment policies.
