Purchase Order Payment

Registrations are confirmed with a signed purchase order only. Seats and rates will not be held while awaiting receipt of a purchase order. No P.O. numbers or requisitions in lieu of a signed purchase order.  *Click here for a W9*

Group Registration or Individual Registration with purchase order 

1. Download and complete the group registration form (Excel Sheet): 2025 MATSOL Conference Registration.xlsx
   
2. Obtain a signed purchase order from your district or institution for the amount specified in the form.
3. Upload the completed registration form and the signed purchase order via the MATSOL portal: Click here to upload registration and purchase order
   
4. Watch for email from MATSOL with status updates on the group registration. 
5. Once the group registration is confirmed, individual attendees will also receive a personal registration confirmation. 
6. If a member of the group has not received an email confirmation from MATSOL within two weeks of submitting registration, contact [email protected]   (be sure to check both personal and professional email addresses as we will contact the address listed in our database)  

Credit Card Payment

Registrations are confirmed once credit card payment is received. Seats and rates will not be held while awaiting credit card payment.

Group registration with credit card 

1. Download and complete the group registration form  (Excel Sheet): 2025 MATSOL Conference Registration.xlsx
   
2. Upload the completed registration form and the signed purchase order via the MATSOL portal: Click here to upload registration form
3. Watch for email from MATSOL with an electronic invoice for online payment and with status updates on the group registration. 
4. Once the group registration is confirmed, individual attendees will also receive a personal registration confirmation.

Individual registration with credit card 

Use this option to register yourself (MATSOL website login required). To register someone else, follow instructions for the Group Registration by Credit Card or contact [email protected] for assistance. 

1. Log into the MATSOL website or create a new account:
2. Complete the online form and pay by credit card. 
3. Registration is confirmed immediately when payment is processed. Watch for a confirmation email from MATSOL.

Check Payment

Group registration with check 

1. Download and complete the group registration form  (Excel Sheet): 2025 MATSOL Conference Registration.xlsx
   
2. Upload the completed registration form via the MATSOL portal: Click here to upload registration
   
3. Mail the check to MATSOL, 160 Alewife Brook Parkway #1201, Cambridge MA 02138.
4. Watch for email from MATSOL with status updates on the registration. 
5. Once the group registration is confirmed, individual attendees will also receive a personal registration confirmation.

Registration

• Each attendee must be registered individually with an email address.
• Each attendee must contact MATSOL ahead of the conference if they do NOT have a confirmation email from us
• MATSOL does not offer a group registration rate - all rates are per person.
• Conference registrations are non-transferable. 

Cancellation

• A registration may be canceled for a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee by May 7, 2025.
• Requests for refunds must be made in writing. 
• There are no refunds for late cancellations made after May 7, 2025 or for no-shows to the in-person conference. No-shows will still have access to the virtual conference.
