Presenter Requirements
Presenter RegistrationAll presenters (including co-presenters) must be MATSOL members in good standing. To join or renew your membership, please visit this page. Audio/Visual EquipmentMATSOL will provide logistical and technical support via ZOOM, the platform that will host our webinars.
If the presenter(s) do not have access to any one of these things, please write it down in Special Requests on the Worksheet. We will try to accommodate you if possible. Note: MATSOL strongly urges presenters to download video files and other online content to your computer to use as a backup in case links do not work during your presentation. All details can be discussed further in a pre-webinar meeting with MATSOL staff where presenters can get acclimated to the ZOOM platform. |
