Upload Registration 

Use the upload form for: 

  • Group registrations paid by purchase order, check or credit card
  • Individual registration paid by check or purchase order

DO NOT use for individual registration paid by credit card (go back to main registration page).

Deadlines
  • To receive early registration rates, upload the registration form by midnight Wednesday, February 13, 2026
  • Registrations paid by purchase order may be submitted no later than Wednesday, April 22, 2026
  • Any changes being made to your registration, including change of date or replacing an attendee must be made by Wednesday, May 6, 2026

Directions

Step 1: Download and complete the registration form

  1. Download: 2026 MATSOL Conference Registration.xlsx
  2. Save the file and rename with your school district name. BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS AN EXCEL FILE. PDF files will NOT be accepted. 
  3. Complete the form with registrant names, titles, emails and conference choices. **Be sure that email addresses are correct, this is how we confirm registration**

Step 2: Upload Registration Form to MATSOL website - DO NOT EMAIL, FAX, or MAIL!                          

  1. Upload the registration file here: 
  2. A purchase order must also be included. We will not process or hold spots for any registration not accompanied by payment. 
  3. The contact person will receive an email confirmation verifying that the registration was uploaded.
  4. MATSOL will email an invoice to the CONTACT PERSON and the BILLING PERSON. The invoice serves as a confirmation for the group. 
  5. The CONTACT PERSON will be notified via email if there are any issues with the registration
